Long overdue pictures from LA 1/4/2010 1:26:21 PM I promised pictures back in the summertime, now it's winter an a new year (better late than never). Pictures taken with cell phone around the LA area, mostly Venice, Beach. Forgot the name of this street artist but every time I would skateboard by these (which were all over Venice) my love for his work became deeper everyday. Sometimes when you're wandering you stumble upon places and people who see something in you that maybe you kept in or wouldn't of done unless you were asked. Making T-shirts on the beach wasn't on my non-existing agenda, but since I'm a kid at heart it sounded fun. These are a few practice shirts we had the little ones make. The whole idea was to have the kids make their on T shirts. After making a lot of shirts we found that young and old loved to get creative and design shirts with jewels, fabric, paint and the key ingredients, imagination. So out of West Hollywood and to Venice I went. Beautiful plants on the way. Having the ocean at your back while working/having fun wasn't to shabby.   One of my favorite shirts to make because I stenciled the outline then the rest was hand drawn so I could put an evil Huey twist on it. If you see this Aaron McGruder don't sue me. Yep, ladies who love star wars are pretty dam stellar.   Two Aussies and a Swiss.
