Scale Ferrari model

I love a model, I really do. Always have, always will. Over the years I have gotten more patient and better with my hands when building. So when I stumble across a build like this, it seriously freaks me out. It's humbling. It shows that no matter what you are doing, how long you have been doing it, there is someone, somewhere that is doing it better.

Can you believe the detail in this scale Ferrari F40 model? An obviously experienced and very enthusiastic member of the ModelBrouwers.nl made it from a 515 piece Pocher 1/8 scale miniature Ferrari F40 kit. He then decided that he had far too much time on his hands, and included a 15-hundred-piece photo-etched Autograph transkit into the mix. It is so far ahead of even experienced builders I'm not sure how many people would even have the patience, skill, money, time, understanding significant other etc, etc, etc...

Immense respect. Beautiful.
