Kansas City-based photographer Jamie Warren might be a bit of a lunatic. In words her photos sound like they are of the mundane – kids, friends, food, animals – but in reality they are anything but. The colours are powerful, the images are impeccably timed, and the crazy is in full effect. Her tongue is planted firmly in her cheek and we like it; our favourite photo is her self-portrait in nude bodysuit.
If you think she's just some crazy with a camera and excellent timing, you'd be wrong. Warren also shoots editorial and fashion photography and her works have bee exhibited all over the world from Beijing to Osaka and New York. So there.
